Bij een machinebouwer in Grubbenvorst werk je aan de besturing van turnkey oplossingen voor industriële toepassingen. Als PLC Automation Engineer ontwerp, programmeer en implementeer je PLC-software die machines en systemen betrouwbaar laat samenwerken. Je vertaalt de gewenste werking naar een overzichtelijke besturingsstructuur en houdt rekening met bedienbaarheid, storingsdiagnose en onderhoud. Daarbij ben je betrokken van het technische ontwerp tot de inbedrijfstelling bij de klant. In de dagelijkse praktijk wissel je programmeerwerk af met testen, optimaliseren en technisch overleg. Je werkt samen met collega’s uit verschillende disciplines en bespreekt met klanten hoe de besturing aansluit op hun proces. Tijdens de inbedrijfstelling controleer je de werking en los je afwijkingen gericht op. Zo verdiep je je kennis van machinebesturingen en ontwikkel je zowel je programmeervaardigheden als je technische adviesvaardigheden.
