The posting

Bij een machinebouwer in Harderwijk ontwerp je de besturingssoftware voor machines waarin robots, visionsystemen en lasapparatuur samenwerken. Als PLC Control Engineer vertaal je functionele klantspecificaties naar een softwareontwerp in UML. Je bewaakt de opbouw van het PLC-programma en werkt het ontwerp zelf uit of verdeelt programmeerwerk onder collega’s. Daarbij werk je met bijvoorbeeld SCL, Siemens Step 7, TIA Portal of Allen Bradley. Je betrokkenheid loopt van het eerste ontwerp tot de inbedrijfstelling bij de klant, ook in het buitenland. In de dagelijkse praktijk stem je technische keuzes af met collega-programmeurs en neem je het team mee door de verschillende projectfasen. Je onderzoekt besturingsvraagstukken en zorgt dat afzonderlijke machinefuncties samen goed werken. Via interne en externe trainingen verdiep je je technische kennis en communicatievaardigheden. Wil je doorgroeien naar seniorniveau, dan kun je ook klantmedewerkers leren hoe zij de opgeleverde machine bedienen en begrijpen. Wat ga je doen? - Functionele klantspecificaties vertalen naar een softwareontwerp in UML - De architectuur en samenhang van het PLC-programma bewaken - PLC-software uitwerken, bijvoorbeeld in SCL - Besturingen ontwikkelen voor robots, visionsystemen en lasapparatuur - Programmeerwerk verdelen en collega’s technisch meenemen in projectfasen - Machines bij klanten in binnen- en buitenland in bedrijf stellen - Bij doorgroei naar seniorniveau trainingen verzorgen voor klantmedewerkers Wat vragen we van jou? - Afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur Elektrotechniek, Besturingstechniek of Informatietechnologie - Je kunt een softwareontwerp opstellen en vertalen naar PLC-code - Kennis van Siemens Step 7 Classic, TIA Portal of Allen Bradley, of ervaring met andere besturingsplatformen en bereidheid bij te leren - Je lost complexe besturingsvraagstukken op en neemt initiatief in technische projecten - Je communiceert in het Engels en durft ook Duits te spreken - Je bent bereid.
