The posting

Bij een systeemintegrator in de automotive-machinebouw in Breda programmeer je PLC-besturingen voor complexe, gerobotiseerde productielijnen. Je zorgt dat robots en machines als één geheel samenwerken en vertaalt de werking van de lijn naar betrouwbare besturingssoftware. Daarbij werk je met PLC-systemen zoals Siemens S7/TIA Portal en Allen-Bradley RSLogix. Je werkzaamheden brengen je ook naar productielocaties in Europa, China en Amerika, waar je de besturing in de praktijk tot leven brengt. In je dagelijkse werk wissel je programmeren af met testen, storingen analyseren en het in bedrijf stellen van installaties. Je stemt af met collega-engineers en technici om de samenwerking tussen besturing, robotica en mechanica goed te krijgen. Door verschillende lijnen en technische vraagstukken te doorgronden, verdiep je je kennis van industriële automatisering en ontwikkel je je verder als PLC-engineer. Wat ga je doen? - PLC-software ontwikkelen voor gerobotiseerde productielijnen in de automotive-industrie - De besturing van robots en machines op elkaar afstemmen - Besturingssoftware testen en afwijkingen in machinegedrag analyseren - Productielijnen internationaal in bedrijf stellen en technisch optimaliseren - Met collega-engineers en technici besturingsvraagstukken oplossen - Softwarewijzigingen en de werking van de besturing documenteren Wat vragen we van jou? - Hbo-diploma elektrotechniek, industriële automatisering of mechatronica - Enkele jaren ervaring als PLC-programmeur of PLC-engineer, bijvoorbeeld in machinebouw of procesindustrie - Ervaring met PLC-software zoals Siemens S7/TIA Portal of Allen-Bradley RSLogix - Inzicht in de werking en samenwerking van robots en machines - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en beheersing van het Engels - Bereidheid om internationaal te werken en tijdens inbedrijfstellingen extra uren te maken Wat bieden wij jou? - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.600 en € 4.800 (indicatie op basis van functie en ervaring) - Een jaarcontract me.
