Bij een producent van hydraulische cilinders in Emmen werk je aan de automatisering en robotisering van het eigen machinepark. De organisatie ontwikkelt en produceert haar producten volledig in eigen huis. Als PLC Engineer ontwikkel en optimaliseer je besturingen die de productie ondersteunen. Je bent betrokken bij het hele technische traject: van het uitwerken van besturingslogica tot het inbedrijfstellen en onderhouden van automatiseringsoplossingen. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je programmeren met testen aan de machines en het analyseren van besturingsproblemen. Je stemt wijzigingen af met elektrotechnici, mechanisch engineers en productiepersoneel, zodat software, elektrische installatie en mechanica goed samenwerken. Daarbij krijg je ruimte om verbeteringen voor te stellen en je kennis van PLC-systemen en robotisering verder te verdiepen. Trainingen, cursussen en certificeringen ondersteunen die vakinhoudelijke ontwikkeling. Wat ga je doen? - Je ontwikkelt en optimaliseert PLC-besturingen voor het eigen machinepark. - Je werkt aan de ontwikkeling en verbetering van robotiseringssystemen. - Je test besturingssoftware en stelt automatiseringsoplossingen in bedrijf. - Je analyseert besturingsproblemen en onderhoudt bestaande automatiseringssystemen. - Je stemt technische wijzigingen af met elektrotechnici, mechanisch engineers en productiepersoneel. - Je vertaalt verbeterpunten uit de productie naar praktische besturingsoplossingen. Wat vragen we van jou? - Je hebt een technische opleiding op minimaal mbo-4-niveau in Elektrotechniek, Mechatronica, Industriële Automatisering of vergelijkbaar. - Je hebt ervaring met PLC-programmering, bij voorkeur met Siemens S7/TIA Portal of een vergelijkbaar platform. - Je kent industriële netwerken zoals Profinet, EtherNet/IP en Modbus. - Je kunt elektrotechnische schema’s lezen en interpreteren. - Ervaring met robotisering, HMI-programmering in WinCC en SCADA-systemen is een pre. - Je werkt probleemoplossend, neemt ini.
