The posting

Als PLC Engineer werk je in een industriële productieomgeving in Moerdijk aan betrouwbare besturingen voor machines en procesinstallaties. Je vertaalt functionele wensen naar overzichtelijke PLC-software en praktische HMI-bediening, met aandacht voor beschikbaarheid, onderhoudbaarheid en machineveiligheid. Daarbij gebruik je je kennis van industriële automatisering om bestaande installaties te verbeteren en nieuwe functionaliteit zorgvuldig te integreren. Je bent betrokken vanaf het technisch ontwerp tot het testen en de inbedrijfstelling op de productievloer. Je werkdag bestaat uit programmeren, storingen analyseren en overleggen met operators en de technische dienst. Binnen een multidisciplinair team stem je wijzigingen af met collega's uit elektrotechniek en werktuigbouw en bespreek je planning en technische keuzes met projectleiders. Je test software gestructureerd, documenteert aanpassingen en begeleidt de overdracht aan de gebruikers. Tegelijk krijg je ruimte om je te verdiepen in PLC-platformen, industriële netwerken en veilige besturingsconcepten. Wat ga je doen? - Ontwerpen en aanpassen van PLC-software, bijvoorbeeld met Siemens S7 en TIA Portal. - Ontwikkelen van HMI-schermen, alarmmeldingen en diagnosefuncties in bijvoorbeeld WinCC. - Analyseren en oplossen van storingen in besturingen, I/O en industriële netwerken. - Uitvoeren van softwaretests, FAT/SAT en inbedrijfstelling van installatieaanpassingen. - Afstemmen van besturingsfuncties en veiligheidsvoorwaarden met engineering, productie en onderhoud. - Bijhouden van softwareversies, back-ups, functionele beschrijvingen en testdocumentatie. Wat vragen we van jou? - Een afgeronde mbo-4- of hbo-opleiding in elektrotechniek, industriële automatisering of mechatronica. - Enkele jaren ervaring met zelfstandig programmeren en in bedrijf stellen van industriële PLC-besturingen. - Praktische kennis van Siemens S7/TIA Portal of een vergelijkbaar PLC-platform en ervaring met HMI-systemen. - Kennis van industri.
