Bij een technisch specialist in duurzame energie in Barneveld ontwikkel je besturingssoftware voor windturbines, zonne-energiesystemen en batterijopslag (BESS). De organisatie begeleidt energieprojecten van ontwikkeling tot exploitatie. Als PLC Engineer ontwerp, programmeer en test je software waarmee installaties veilig, efficiënt en betrouwbaar functioneren. Je werkt met CODESYS en WAGO-besturingen en richt je op zowel afzonderlijke installaties als de samenhang binnen geïntegreerde energiesystemen. In je dagelijkse werk vertaal je functionele eisen naar een uitvoerbaar ontwerp, bouw je besturingslogica en analyseer je het gedrag van gekoppelde systemen. Daarbij stem je af met specialisten in elektrotechniek, automatisering en energiemanagement. Je legt technische keuzes zorgvuldig vast en bespreekt oplossingen met collega's en klanten. Je krijgt ruimte om zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en je kennis van industriële communicatie, energiebesturing en softwarekwaliteit verder te verdiepen, ondersteund door opleidingen en certificeringen. Wat ga je doen? - Functionele eisen vertalen naar heldere, uitvoerbare functionele ontwerpen - PLC-software ontwerpen en programmeren met CODESYS voor WAGO-besturingen - Besturingslogica ontwikkelen voor windturbines, zonne-energiesystemen en BESS - Software testen op veilig, efficiënt en betrouwbaar installatiegedrag - Industriële communicatie via bijvoorbeeld Modbus of OPC UA integreren en analyseren - Technische oplossingen afstemmen met elektrotechniek, automatisering en energiemanagement - Software documenteren en kwaliteitsstandaarden bewaken Wat vragen we van jou? - Je hebt circa vijf jaar ervaring als PLC Engineer of Automation Engineer - Je beheerst CODESYS en hebt ervaring met WAGO-besturingssystemen - Je hebt kennis van of ervaring met Modbus of OPC UA - Je vertaalt functionele eisen naar ontwerpen en doorgrondt complexe besturingslogica - Je werkt zelfstandig en gestructureerd, documenteert zorgvuldig en com.
