The posting

Bij een groeiende technologische organisatie in de machinebouw in Den Bosch werk je als PLC Engineer aan modificaties en upgrades van bestaande machinebesturingen. Je richt je op het aanpassen van PLC-software, het verbeteren van de werking van machines en het beheersbaar doorvoeren van technische wijzigingen. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar de code, maar ook naar de samenhang tussen besturing, sensoren, aandrijvingen en bediening. In de dagelijkse praktijk analyseer je bestaande programma’s, vertaal je wijzigingsvragen naar softwareaanpassingen en controleer je of de machine na een upgrade correct functioneert. Je stemt werkzaamheden af met collega’s uit software, elektrotechniek en service, met aandacht voor veiligheid en onderhoudbaarheid. Door bestaande installaties te doorgronden en wijzigingen zorgvuldig te testen, verdiep je je kennis van besturingsarchitecturen, foutdiagnose en de levenscyclus van machines. Wat ga je doen? - Bestaande PLC-programma’s analyseren en aanpassingen technisch voorbereiden - PLC-software wijzigen voor modificaties en upgrades van machines - HMI-bediening en diagnosemeldingen afstemmen op gewijzigde machinefuncties - Softwarewijzigingen testen en de werking van machinefuncties controleren - Storingen onderzoeken in de samenhang tussen software en hardware - Wijzigingen documenteren en afstemmen met engineering en service Wat vragen we van jou? - Technische opleiding in industriële automatisering, elektrotechniek of mechatronica - Ervaring met PLC-programmering en het aanpassen van bestaande besturingen - Inzicht in HMI-systemen, sensoren, aandrijvingen en industriële communicatie - Vaardigheid in het lezen van elektrische schema’s en analyseren van storingen - Zorgvuldige werkwijze bij testen, versiebeheer en technische documentatie - Je kunt technische wijzigingen helder bespreken met collega’s Wat bieden wij jou? - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.600 en € 4.800 (indicatie op basis van functie en ervaring) - Fulltime functie van..
