The posting

Bij een machinebouwer in Beneden-Leeuwen, gespecialiseerd in interne logistieke systemen, werk je aan de besturing van transportsystemen en gekoppelde systemen van derden. Je vertaalt functionele wensen naar PLC-software en denkt mee over de ontwikkeling en detaillering van de installaties. Daarbij combineer je standaardoplossingen met maatwerk voor specifieke transportprocessen. Je bent betrokken vanaf het softwareontwerp tot en met het testen en de inbedrijfstelling op locatie, met Siemens S7-300/400 als belangrijke technische basis. In de dagelijkse praktijk wissel je programmeren af met testen, storingen analyseren en klanten ondersteunen. Je stemt technische keuzes af met collega's en begeleidt waar nodig tekenaars bij de uitwerking. Ook beoordeel je gerealiseerde oplossingen kritisch: wat kan betrouwbaarder, beter onderhoudbaar of eenvoudiger te standaardiseren? Je krijgt ruimte om verbeteringen door te voeren, nieuwe besturingsconcepten te ontwikkelen en je vakkennis via cursussen verder uit te bouwen. Wat ga je doen? - Ontwerpen en programmeren van PLC-besturingen voor transportsystemen en gekoppelde systemen van derden - Testen van software en in bedrijf stellen van logistieke transportsystemen op locatie - Analyseren en verhelpen van storingen en ondersteunen van klanten bij service en onderhoud - Meedenken over de technische ontwikkeling en detaillering van transportsystemen - Begeleiden van interne en ingehuurde tekenaars bij de technische uitwerking - Ontwikkelen van nieuwe besturingsconcepten en standaardiseren van bestaande oplossingen - Beoordelen en verbeteren van gerealiseerde software om de productkwaliteit te borgen Wat vragen we van jou? - Afgeronde hbo-opleiding Elektrotechniek of Industriële Automatisering - Aantoonbare ervaring met het in bedrijf stellen van industriële installaties - Praktijkervaring met Siemens S7-300/400 PLC's en kennis van besturingstechniek - Analytische en nauwkeurige werkwijze, met aandacht voor kosten en kwaliteit..
