Als PLC-monteur in Someren werk je aan de elektrische besturing van machines en installaties binnen de industrie. Je richt je op het betrouwbaar functioneren van PLC-gestuurde productiemiddelen: van sensoren en actuatoren tot besturingskasten en aandrijvingen. Met elektrotechnisch inzicht en een systematische aanpak onderzoek je storingen en zorg je dat de verbinding tussen besturing en machine correct werkt. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je meten, inspecteren en sleutelen met het uitlezen van storingsmeldingen en het controleren van PLC-signalen. Je stemt werkzaamheden af met operators, onderhoudscollega’s en waar nodig een PLC-programmeur. Daarbij kijk je verder dan de directe storing: je denkt ook na over terugkerende oorzaken en onderhoudbaarheid. Zo verdiep je je kennis van industriële besturingstechniek en ontwikkel je je verder in het samenspel tussen hardware en software. Wat ga je doen? - Lokaliseren en verhelpen van elektrische storingen aan PLC-gestuurde installaties - Controleren van PLC-ingangen en -uitgangen, sensoren en actuatoren - Lezen van elektrische schema’s en uitvoeren van gerichte metingen - Inspecteren, vervangen en aansluiten van elektrische componenten - Testen van machinefuncties na onderhoud of reparatie - Vastleggen van werkzaamheden en bespreken van terugkerende storingen Wat vragen we van jou? - Mbo-werk- en -denkniveau in elektrotechniek, mechatronica of een vergelijkbare richting - Praktische kennis van industriële elektrische installaties en besturingen - Basiskennis van PLC-techniek en het interpreteren van I/O-signalen - Vaardigheid in het lezen van elektrische schema’s en gebruiken van meetapparatuur - Veilige, nauwkeurige werkwijze bij onderhoud en storingsdiagnose - Heldere communicatie met operators en technische collega’s Wat bieden wij jou? - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.200 en € 4.100 (indicatie op basis van functie en ervaring) - Fulltime werkweek van 40 uur - Detavastconstructie met uitzicht op een rechtstreeks..
