Bij een industriële automatiseerder in Zundert werk je aan besturingssystemen voor industrie en infratechniek. Je vertaalt procesvraagstukken naar PLC-, SCADA- en DCS-oplossingen en bent als specialist betrokken vanaf de conceptfase tot en met de inbedrijfname. De technische basis bestaat voornamelijk uit systemen van ABB en Siemens. Daardoor ligt je werk op het snijvlak van software, proceskennis en de praktische werking van installaties. In de dagelijkse praktijk werk je besturingsfuncties uit, test je software en stem je de uitvoering af met collega’s en klanten. Je neemt werkzaamheden op locatie op en ondersteunt de ingebruikname van systemen. Binnen het team werk je met Agile/SCRUM-methodieken en kun je terugvallen op een deskundige mentor en individuele coaching. Studiemogelijkheden helpen je om je kennis van procesautomatisering verder te verdiepen en door te groeien. Wat ga je doen? - Vertalen van proces- en klantvragen naar functionele besturingsoplossingen - Programmeren en aanpassen van PLC-software voor industriële installaties - Ontwikkelen en integreren van SCADA-, HMI- en DCS-functionaliteit - Testen van software, analyseren van storingen en verbeteren van procesbesturingen - Opnemen van werkzaamheden bij klanten en in bedrijf stellen van systemen - Afstemmen van projectwerk met collega’s en klanten volgens Agile/SCRUM Wat vragen we van jou? - Hbo-werk- en -denkniveau, bij voorkeur in Elektrotechniek, Mechatronica of Technische Informatica - Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels en heldere communicatieve vaardigheden - Bereidheid om werkzaamheden bij klanten op te nemen en uit te voeren - Kennis van PLC en/of SCADA, bij voorkeur ABB AC500/AC800, SattCon, Compact HMI, SattGraph of Siemens S7, TIA Portal en WinCC - Kennis van DCS en MES, bij voorkeur ABB SattLine/System 800xA, Siemens PCS7 en Proficy Plant Applications - Kennis van industriële netwerken, waaronder Profibus, Profinet en Ethernet Wat bieden wij jou? - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3..
