The posting

Bij een industrieel automatiseringsbedrijf in 's-Hertogenbosch ontwikkel je PLC- en SCADA-software voor installaties. Je bent betrokken bij het hele traject: van functioneel ontwerp en I/O-lijst tot programmering, implementatie en onderhoud. Met Siemens Step 7 en HMI/SCADA-techniek vertaal je de gewenste werking naar een besturing die aansluit op de installatie en de praktijk van de klant. Daarbij denk je ook mee over het installatieontwerp. Je werkt op kantoor samen met de tekenkamer, het projectenbureau en de panelenbouw. Met klanten bespreek je de functionele afbakening en stem je tijdens de engineering en inbedrijfstelling technische keuzes af. Op locatie neem je de installatie in bedrijf; buitenlandse verblijven van twee tot drie aaneengesloten weken horen daarbij. Door de combinatie van softwareontwikkeling, documentatie en praktijkwerk verdiep je je kennis van besturingen en de samenhang tussen mechanica en elektronica. Wat ga je doen? - Installaties mede ontwerpen en klantwensen vertalen naar een functioneel ontwerp - I/O-lijsten opstellen als basis voor de automatisering en elektrische schema’s - PLC- en HMI/SCADA-software ontwikkelen, implementeren en onderhouden - Technische keuzes afstemmen met klanten, tekenkamer, projectenbureau en panelenbouw - Handleidingen schrijven op basis van het functioneel ontwerp en de gerealiseerde besturing - Installaties bij klanten in bedrijf nemen, ook tijdens meerweekse buitenlandse verblijven Wat vragen we van jou? - Hbo-werk- en -denkniveau met een relevante opleiding, bijvoorbeeld elektrotechniek of industriële automatisering - Minimaal drie jaar ervaring met Siemens Step 7 - Kennis van SCADA-programmering, bij voorkeur Siemens WinCC (Flexible) - Mechanische en elektronische kennis en inzicht in de samenhang met besturingssoftware - Goede beheersing van Nederlands, Engels en Duits; Frans is een pré - Rijbewijs B en bereidheid om twee tot drie weken aaneengesloten in het buitenland te werken Wat bieden wij jou? - Br.
