Bij een specialist in drukpersen in Hall werk je aan de besturing van industriële drukmachines. De organisatie richt zich op engineering, installatie, service en onderhoud van hybride rotatieoffsetpersen met variabele drukformaten voor internationale klanten. Als PLC-programmeur vertaal je machinefuncties naar overzichtelijke besturingssoftware. Daarbij draait het om betrouwbare machineregeling: van de afstemming tussen aandrijvingen tot het bewaken van procescondities en het ondersteunen van operators. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je programmeren met testen, storingsanalyse en het verbeteren van bestaande besturingen. Je stemt technische keuzes af met collega's uit engineering en service, zodat software aansluit op de mechanische werking en het onderhoud van de pers. Je verdiept je in bewegingsbesturing, HMI-bediening en diagnosefuncties en bouwt zo verder aan je kennis van automatisering voor drukprocessen.
