The posting

Bij een specialist in koel- en klimaattechniek in Leiden ontwikkel je besturingen voor installaties die uiteenlopen van klimaatoplossingen voor laboratoria tot grote vrieshuizen. Je vertaalt een functioneel ontwerp naar een werkend PLC-besturingssysteem en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor ontwerp, programmering, testen en inbedrijfstelling. Daarbij werk je met CODESYS en/of Siemens en configureer je de SCADA-visualisatie. Je technische inbreng telt al tijdens het verkooptraject, zodat de gewenste functionaliteit en de praktische uitvoerbaarheid op elkaar aansluiten. In de dagelijkse praktijk stem je specificaties af met het projectteam en de klant, benut je oplossingen uit eerdere projecten en ontwikkel je nieuwe waar nodig. Je bent zowel achter je laptop als bij de installatie betrokken en leert gebruikers met de besturing werken. Ook ondersteun je servicemonteurs bij storingen. Met opleidingen en cursussen kun je je verder verdiepen in besturingstechniek, bussystemen, communicatieprotocollen en frequentieregelaars. Wat ga je doen? - Gewenste functionaliteiten en besturingsspecificaties afstemmen met het projectteam en de klant - PLC-besturingen ontwerpen, configureren en programmeren voor koel- en klimaatinstallaties - SCADA-visualisaties configureren voor bediening en inzicht in het installatieproces - Besturingssoftware implementeren, testen en op locatie in bedrijf stellen - Klanten opleiden in het gebruik van de besturing en visualisatie - Storingen analyseren en servicemonteurs ondersteunen, waar nodig op locatie - Technisch meedenken tijdens het verkooptraject en bruikbare oplossingen uit eerdere projecten toepassen Wat vragen we van jou? - Afgeronde hbo-opleiding Elektrotechniek, Industriële Automatisering of Besturingstechniek - Ruime ervaring met PLC-programmering en het zelfstandig realiseren van besturingsoplossingen - Bij voorkeur programmeerervaring met CODESYS en/of Siemens; ervaring met Allen Bradley is eveneens een passende basis - Kennis van bus.
