The posting

Bij een machinebouwer voor de agrarische sector in Biervliet ontwikkel je PLC-software voor de besturing en bediening van landbouwmachines. Je vertaalt machinefuncties naar besturingslogica en ontwerpt een bedieningsinterface waarmee de gebruiker overzicht houdt. Daarbij kijk je verder dan alleen de code: je selecteert componenten voor de aansluiting van sensoren en actuatoren en legt de samenhang met de PLC vast in elektrische schema’s. Je werkt binnen Engineering samen met technische specialisten en rapporteert aan de Engineering Manager. In de dagelijkse praktijk analyseer je machinefuncties, verbeter je de software en help je assemblage, revisie en service bij elektronische storingen. Je documenteert hoe de besturing werkt en waarom je bepaalde keuzes maakt. Met jaarlijkse opleidings- en trainingsmogelijkheden kun je je verder verdiepen in PLC-programmering, machinebediening en de koppeling tussen software en elektrotechniek. Functie-inhoud - PLC-software programmeren voor de besturing en bediening van landbouwmachines - Een overzichtelijke HMI ontwerpen voor de machinebediener - Machinefuncties analyseren en de werking verbeteren - Assemblage, revisie en service ondersteunen bij elektronische storingen - Softwarewerking en gemaakte ontwerpkeuzes documenteren - Componenten selecteren om sensoren en actuatoren met de PLC te verbinden - Componenten en bijbehorende bekabeling vastleggen in elektrische schema’s Functie-eisen - Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in elektromechanica, elektrotechniek of werktuigbouwkunde - Je hebt ervaring met PLC-programmering, bij voorkeur met CODESYS - Je kunt elektrische schema’s lezen en maken; kennis van CAN is een pré - Je analyseert technische problemen en werkt pragmatisch aan oplossingen - Je spreekt Nederlands en Engels; Frans en Duits zijn een pré - Je hebt bij voorkeur affiniteit met de agrarische sector Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.600 en € 4.800 (indicatie op basis van functie en ervaring) - Salaris conf.
