Bij een machinebouwer in Maasdijk ontwikkel je als PLC Programmeur / Machinesturing Engineer geautomatiseerde logistieke robotoplossingen voor kwekerijen wereldwijd. Je vertaalt de gewenste machinewerking naar betrouwbare PLC-programma’s en werkt aan de elektrische uitwerking van nieuwe systemen. Van het onderzoeken van de aansturing van componenten tot testen en inbedrijfstellen: je bent betrokken bij het complete besturingstraject. Daarbij krijg je vrijheid om je aanpak te bepalen en eigen initiatieven uit te werken, binnen de projectplanning en veiligheidsvoorschriften. Je werkdag wisselt tussen programmeren, elektrische schema’s uitwerken en systemen testen op locatie bij klanten in Nederland en daarbuiten. In een klein multidisciplinair team stem je af met software engineers, machinesturing engineers, werktuigbouwers, monteurs en projectleiders. Je begeleidt elektromonteurs, bespreekt technische keuzes en helpt klanten hun nieuwe systeem te gebruiken. Met trainingen, aanvullende cursussen en kennisuitwisseling verdiep je je verder in PLC-programmering, machinesturing en robotgestuurde logistiek. Wat ga je doen? - Nieuwe PLC-programma’s voor logistieke robotoplossingen ontwerpen, schrijven en testen. - Elektrische tekeningen, lay-outs en schema’s opstellen. - De aansturing van nieuwe componenten onderzoeken en integreren in de machinesturing. - Nieuwe systemen testen en inbedrijfstellen bij klanten in Nederland en wereldwijd. - Elektromonteurs aansturen en werkzaamheden afstemmen binnen planning en veiligheidsvoorschriften. - Klanten instrueren over nieuwe systemen en klanten en collega’s adviseren over techniek en projecten. - Vanuit huis meedraaien in de serviceconsignatiedienst en ondersteuning bieden bij storingen. Wat vragen we van jou? - Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding Elektrotechniek, Mechatronica, Industriële Automatisering of een vergelijkbare technische richting. - Ervaring met PLC-programmering en machinesturing op mediorniveau, met praktische kennis v.
