The posting

Bij een kleinschalige, groeiende organisatie in de industriële automatisering in Lisse werk je als PLC-programmeur aan besturingen waarin software, elektrotechniek en fijnmechanica samenkomen. Je programmeert PLC- en HMI-systemen en vertaalt eisen en wensen naar een technisch ontwerp. Daarbij gebruik je je ervaring met Omron en Siemens en kijk je verder dan de code: je begrijpt hoe bewegingen, elektrische componenten en mechanische constructies elkaar beïnvloeden. Robotica vormt een belangrijk raakvlak tussen deze disciplines. Je werkdag bestaat uit ontwerpen, programmeren en testen, afgewisseld met ondersteuning bij inbedrijfstellingen en servicestoringen bij klanten. Je stemt technische keuzes af met collega's en projectleiders binnen een multidisciplinair team en denkt actief mee over de uitvoering van projecten. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar zoekt samenwerking wanneer een vraagstuk meerdere vakgebieden raakt. Door nieuwe ontwikkelingen te volgen en kennis te delen, verdiep je je in besturingstechniek, robotica en de mechanische werking van machines. Wat ga je doen? - Programmeren en aanpassen van PLC- en HMI-systemen met Omron en Siemens. - Vertalen van functionele eisen en klantwensen naar een technisch besturingsontwerp. - Combineren van robotica met fijnmechanische en elektrische werkzaamheden. - Assisteren bij het aftesten en in bedrijf nemen van installaties bij klanten. - Ondersteunen van service bij het analyseren en verhelpen van besturingsstoringen. - Volgen van nieuwe technische ontwikkelingen en delen van toepasbare kennis. - Actief bijdragen aan de bedrijfsvoering en afstemmen met collega's en projectleiders. Wat vragen we van jou? - Minimaal een afgeronde MTS- of MBO-4-opleiding Elektrotechniek of Industriële Automatisering; een relevante HBO-opleiding, zoals Controls Engineering, is welkom. - Werkervaring als PLC-programmeur op mediorniveau en het vermogen om zelfstandig softwarewerkzaamheden uit te voeren. - Ervaring met het programmeren van Omron.
