The posting

Bij een specialist in procesinstallaties werk je aan besturingen voor standaardinstallaties en klantspecifieke oplossingen. Je vertaalt procesvragen naar PLC-software, visualisaties en passende hardware, met aandacht voor betrouwbare procesbewaking. Daarbij komen technieken samen zoals mengen, doseren, sensoren, motoraansturing en pneumatiek. Het grootste deel van je tijd besteed je aan technische engineering; daarnaast pak je projectcoördinatie en praktische klantvragen op. Je werkt onder meer met Siemens S7, Mitsubishi, HMI/SCADA en WinCC. In de dagelijkse praktijk schakel je tussen projecten van enkele dagen tot meerdere weken en vragen die je direct kunt oplossen. Je werkt intensief samen met twee ervaren afdelingscollega’s en stemt af met mechanische en commerciële collega’s. Daardoor leer je niet alleen de software kennen, maar ook de installatie en het proces erachter. Je verdiept je verder in hardware-engineering, datamanagement en besturingsontwerp volgens ISA88 en ISA95, inclusief koppelingen met CRM- en ERP-systemen. Wat ga je doen? - PLC-besturingen ontwikkelen en aanpassen voor standaard- en klantspecifieke procesinstallaties - HMI- en SCADA-visualisaties uitwerken voor bediening en procesbewaking - Software- en hardware-engineering combineren, onder meer met Siemens S7, Mitsubishi en EPLAN - Besturingen structureren op basis van ISA88- en ISA95-standaarden - Werken aan datamanagement, track & trace en koppelingen met CRM- en ERP-systemen - Technische klantvragen analyseren en zelfstandig of met collega’s oplossen - Projectwerk afstemmen met collega’s uit engineering, mechanica en commercie Wat vragen we van jou? - Je hebt hbo-werk- en -denkniveau en een technische achtergrond - Je kent Siemens S7, Mitsubishi, HMI/SCADA of Visual Basic, of wilt deze technieken leren - Je hebt sterke interesse in programmeren en technische engineering - Je wilt je verdiepen in zowel software als hardware van industriële besturingen - Je communiceert duidelijk met tech.
