The posting

Bij een machinebouwer in Geldermalsen ontwikkel je PLC-software voor sorteersystemen die wereldwijd worden ingezet voor onder meer kleding, boeken, dozen en pakketten. Je analyseert de benodigde machinebesturing, programmeert in Siemens TIA Portal en Step7 en test of de sorteersoftware betrouwbaar functioneert. Je bent betrokken van softwareontwikkeling tot inbedrijfstelling op locatie. Daarmee verbind je de logica in de PLC met het daadwerkelijke gedrag van de installatie en werk je aan betrouwbare sorteerprocessen. Je werkt samen met een ervaren PLC-team waarin kennisdeling en gezamenlijk problemen oplossen centraal staan. Naast projectwerk pak je R&D-taken op en ondersteun je service en aftersales bij technische vraagstukken, zowel op afstand als bij de klant. Je houdt projectdocumentatie actueel en draagt bij aan verbeteringen van de systemen. Via samenwerking, interne training en gerichte cursussen kun je je verder verdiepen in PLC-besturing en sorteertechniek. Wat ga je doen? - Analyseren, ontwikkelen en testen van PLC-sorteersoftware in Siemens TIA Portal en Step7 - Inbedrijfstellen en functioneel testen van sorteersystemen op locatie - Ondersteunen van service en aftersales bij technische vraagstukken, op afstand en op locatie - Opstellen en actualiseren van projectdocumentatie - Registreren en coördineren van storingen - Uitvoeren van R&D-taken en verbeteren van besturingssoftware met het PLC-team - Deelnemen aan de servicehotline na interne training Wat vragen we van jou? - Hbo-werk- en -denkniveau in Elektrotechniek, Elektronica of Industriële Automatisering - Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring - Kennis van PLC-programmering met Siemens TIA Portal en Step7 - Goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels - Rijbewijs B en bereidheid om internationaal te reizen - Een creatieve, klantgerichte aanpak en plezier in technisch samenwerken Wat bieden wij jou? - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.500 en € 5.500 (afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring) - Bruto maandsa.
