The posting

Bij een machinebouwer in Gilze die verpakkingsmachines ontwikkelt, reviseert en ombouwt, ontwerp je besturingssoftware voor nieuwe en aangepaste machines. Je vertaalt functionele specificaties en klantwensen naar betrouwbare PLC-programma’s en bedieningsinterfaces. Daarbij werk je met Beckhoff TwinCAT 3 en programmeer je volgens IEC 61131 in Structured Text en Sequential Function Chart. Je bent betrokken bij het volledige ontwikkelproces: van de eerste softwareopzet tot een besturing die in de praktijk correct functioneert. Je dagelijkse werk bestaat uit programmeren, testen, debuggen en het optimaliseren van machinefuncties. Dat doe je samen met collega’s uit engineering, de werkplaats en service, met korte lijnen naar de mechanische en elektrische disciplines. Je stelt machines in bedrijf in de werkplaats en, als je dat wilt, bij klanten. Kennisdeling, opleidingsbudget en ruimte voor eigen initiatief helpen je om je verder te verdiepen in machinebesturing. Je werkt in dagdienst binnen een werkweek van 38 uur. Functie-inhoud - Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van PLC-software voor verpakkingsmachines in TwinCAT 3 - Vertalen van functionele specificaties en klantwensen naar technische softwareoplossingen - Programmeren in Structured Text en Sequential Function Chart volgens IEC 61131 - Ontwikkelen van HMI’s en webgebaseerde bedieningsinterfaces - Testen, debuggen en optimaliseren van besturingssoftware en machinefuncties - In bedrijf stellen van machines in de werkplaats en desgewenst bij klanten - Afstemmen met mechanische en elektrische engineering en bewaken van veiligheid en kwaliteit Functie-eisen - Hbo-diploma Elektrotechniek, Industriële Automatisering, Technische Informatica, Mechatronica of vergelijkbaar - Aantoonbare werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie en interesse in machinebouw - Kennis van IEC 61131 en ervaring met Structured Text en/of Sequential Function Chart - Ervaring met Beckhoff TwinCAT 3 - Je werkt zorgvuldig en gestructureerd, neemt verantwo.
