The posting

Bij een machinebouwer in Veghel werk je aan de besturing van materialhandlingsystemen en transportinstallaties. Als PLC Project Engineer ontwerp en programmeer je PLC-besturingen met Siemens S7, van de softwareopbouw tot de functionele tests tijdens de inbedrijfstelling. Je integreert hardware en software in het overkoepelende besturingssysteem en houdt daarbij kwaliteit, planning en projectbudget in het oog. Voor de ingebruikname van installaties werk je regelmatig op locatie, ook voor langere periodes in het buitenland. Je maakt deel uit van een multidisciplinair engineeringteam waarin mechanica en besturing samenkomen. Onder leiding van een projectleider stem je de technische uitvoering af, rapporteer je over de voortgang en stuur je bij waar nodig. Op locatie test je de werking van de installatie en train je gebruikers. De combinatie van engineering, internationale inbedrijfstelling en opleidingsmogelijkheden geeft je ruimte om je kennis van PLC-besturingen en systeemintegratie verder te verdiepen. Wat ga je doen? - Ontwerpen en programmeren van Siemens S7-besturingen voor materialhandling- en transportsystemen - Functioneel testen van PLC-hardware en -software tijdens de inbedrijfstelling - Integreren van PLC-besturingen in het totale besturingssysteem - In bedrijf stellen van installaties op internationale projectlocaties - Bewaken van projectbudget en planning en bijsturen waar nodig - Afstemmen met engineers uit andere disciplines en rapporteren aan de projectleider - Verzorgen van gebruikerstrainingen op locatie Wat vragen we van jou? - Afgeronde hbo-opleiding Elektrotechniek, Industriële Automatisering, Informatica of Besturingstechniek - Bij voorkeur minimaal drie jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie - Kennis van en ervaring met Siemens S7 PLC-toepassingen - Bereidheid om tot 50% van je tijd in het buitenland te werken, ook voor langere periodes - Goede beheersing van het Engels; Nederlands is een pre Wat bieden wij jou? - Bruto maandsalaris tuss.
