Bij een internationale productieorganisatie in Venray geef je als PLC & Robotics Specialist technisch richting aan de standaardisatie van productielijnbesturingen. Vanuit een centraal manufacturing engineering-team ontwikkel je wereldwijde standaarden voor PLC’s, robotica en HMI. Je vertaalt bewezen oplossingen naar herbruikbare software- en hardwarearchitecturen, duidelijke specificaties en programmeerstructuren. Daarbij verbind je de eisen van lokale productieteams met de technische mogelijkheden van equipmentleveranciers, met aandacht voor informatieoverdracht, componentkeuze en elektrische documentatie. In de dagelijkse praktijk stem je besturingsarchitecturen af met MES- en LabVIEW-specialisten, internationale manufacturing engineers en regionale projectteams. Je beoordeelt technische keuzes, ondersteunt de toepassing van standaarden en zorgt dat ervaringen uit projecten tussen locaties worden gedeeld. Je werkt met Siemens- en Allen Bradley-PLC’s en Fanuc- en ABB-robots. Door internationale samenwerking en bezoeken aan leveranciers en productielocaties verdiep je je expertise in assemblageautomatisering en de introductie van nieuwe productiesystemen. Wat ga je doen? - Ontwikkelen en beheren van wereldwijde standaarden voor PLC-, robot- en HMI-besturingen. - Afstemmen van besturingsarchitecturen en informatiestromen met MES- en LabVIEW-specialisten. - Vastleggen van componentkeuzes, systeemeisen en elektrische documentatie in samenhang met EPLAN. - Uitwerken van herbruikbare software- en hardwarearchitecturen en uniforme programmeerstructuren. - Opstellen van technische specificaties voor manufacturing engineers en equipmentleveranciers. - Ondersteunen van internationale locaties bij de invoering en toepassing van besturingsstandaarden. - Functioneel volgen van regionale automatiseringsprojecten, escaleren van knelpunten en delen van leerpunten.
