Bij een machinebouwer in Almelo ontwikkel je als medior PLC/SCADA Engineer besturingssoftware voor complexe deeginstallaties. Je bent van begin tot eind betrokken bij projecten en vertaalt de vele procesvariabelen naar betrouwbare machinebesturing die de kwaliteit van het eindproduct helpt borgen. Naast projectengineering werk je aan innovatie en proces- en productverbeteringen van de installaties. De organisatie realiseert steeds meer buitenlandse projecten en heeft een eigen bakkerijtechnoloog die nauw contact onderhoudt met klanten. Je werkdag bestaat uit programmeren, testen en afstemmen over de werking van installaties. Omdat engineering en montage in Almelo plaatsvinden, loop je gemakkelijk de werkplaats in om met monteurs en mechanical engineers te overleggen of een installatieonderdeel te bekijken. Binnen het multidisciplinaire team stem je met collega's en projectleiders de technische keuzes af. Je krijgt vrijheid om je vakkennis te verdiepen en kunt aansluiten bij inbedrijfstellingen op klantlocatie; werken vanuit Almelo is eveneens mogelijk. Wat ga je doen? - PLC- en SCADA-software ontwikkelen voor de besturing en visualisatie van complexe deeginstallaties. - Procesvariabelen vertalen naar besturingslogica die een constante eindproductkwaliteit ondersteunt. - Projecten begeleiden van functionele uitwerking tot softwaretests en oplevering. - Met monteurs, mechanical engineers en projectleiders afstemmen over software, mechanica en montage. - Installatieonderdelen in de werkplaats beoordelen en de werking van de besturing testen. - Innovaties en proces- en productverbeteringen vertalen naar aanpassingen aan de installaties. - Naar eigen voorkeur deelnemen aan inbedrijfstellingen bij klanten, ook bij buitenlandse projecten. Wat vragen we van jou? - Een afgeronde mbo-4- of hbo-opleiding in industriële automatisering, elektrotechniek of mechatronica. - Enkele jaren ervaring met PLC-programmering en SCADA-engineering binnen de machinebouw of procesautomatise.
