Bij een internationaal georiënteerde machinebouwer in Drachten werk je aan de besturing van offshore-apparatuur. De organisatie ontwerpt en bouwt systemen voor toegang, heffen, boren en pijpenleggen, evenals specialistische installaties. Als PLC/SCADA Engineer vertaal je functionele eisen naar besturingssoftware en heldere visualisaties. Daarbij draait het om betrouwbare machinefuncties, inzichtelijke bediening en zorgvuldig geteste software voor gebruik op zee. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je programmeren met testen, analyseren en afstemmen. Je werkt samen met collega's uit engineering, productie en service om software, elektrische componenten en mechanische bewegingen op elkaar te laten aansluiten. Van een bedieningsscherm tot een storingsmelding: je kijkt steeds naar het gedrag van de complete installatie. Zo verdiep je je in industriële besturingstechniek en leer je hoe ontwerpkeuzes doorwerken tijdens het testen, installeren en onderhouden van offshore-systemen. Wat ga je doen? - Ontwikkelen en aanpassen van PLC-software voor offshore-machines en installaties - Inrichten van SCADA- en HMI-schermen voor bediening, statusbewaking en alarmen - Vertalen van functionele eisen naar besturingslogica en softwarestructuren - Testen van machinefuncties, vergrendelingen en foutafhandeling - Analyseren en oplossen van storingen in software en besturingsinterfaces - Afstemmen met engineering, productie en service en vastleggen van softwarewijzigingen Wat vragen we van jou? - Hbo-werk- en -denkniveau in industriële automatisering, elektrotechniek of mechatronica - Ervaring met het programmeren en testen van PLC-besturingen - Kennis van SCADA/HMI, alarmverwerking en gebruikersgerichte machinebediening - Inzicht in sensoren, actuatoren, aandrijvingen en industriële communicatie - Een gestructureerde aanpak voor storingsanalyse, softwaretesten en documentatie - Je stemt technische keuzes helder af en kunt Engelstalige documentatie gebruiken Wat bieden wij jou? - Bruto.
