The posting

Bij een specialist in industriële automatisering in Herwijnen werk je aan het ontwerpen en implementeren van besturingssystemen voor de food-, feed- en zuivelindustrie. Als PLC/SCADA Engineer vertaal je proceswensen naar overzichtelijke besturingslogica en bedieningsschermen. De technische basis bestaat uit Siemens PCS7, TIA Portal en AVEVA. Je richt je op betrouwbare procesbesturing, heldere alarmering en software die voor operators en onderhoudstechnici goed te begrijpen is. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je programmeren met testen, documenteren en het afstemmen van functionele keuzes. Je bespreekt processtappen en storingssituaties met collega-engineers en betrokkenen uit productie en techniek. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar de werking van de software, maar ook naar bedienbaarheid en onderhoud. Zo verdiep je je in procesautomatisering en ontwikkel je je verder binnen PLC-, DCS- en SCADA-techniek. Wat ga je doen? - Functionele proceswensen vertalen naar besturingslogica en softwareontwerpen - Besturingssoftware ontwikkelen en aanpassen met Siemens PCS7 en TIA Portal - HMI- en SCADA-functionaliteit uitwerken met aandacht voor bediening en alarmering - Processtappen, vergrendelingen en storingssituaties testen - Ondersteunen bij inbedrijfstelling en analyseren van softwarestoringen - Softwarekeuzes documenteren en afstemmen met technische collega's Wat vragen we van jou? - Technische opleiding in industriële automatisering, elektrotechniek of een vergelijkbare richting - Ervaring met het programmeren en testen van PLC- of DCS-systemen - Kennis van Siemens PCS7 of TIA Portal en affiniteit met AVEVA - Inzicht in procesbesturing, signalen, vergrendelingen en alarmering - Gestructureerde werkwijze en het vermogen technische keuzes helder uit te leggen - Affiniteit met productieprocessen in de food-, feed- of zuivelindustrie Wat bieden wij jou? - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.800 en € 5.000 (indicatie op basis van functie en ervaring) - Een fulltime werkweek va.
