Bij een specialist in industriële automatisering in Ederveen ontwikkel je besturingssoftware voor recept- en parametergestuurde batchprocessen. De organisatie realiseert turn-key projecten met besturingstechnische en elektrotechnische installaties, van ontwerp en bouw tot onderhoud. Je programmeert PLC-, SCADA- en HMI-software en verbindt deze met een eigen MES-applicatie. Daarmee help je de orderstroom op kantoor te koppelen aan de productie, procesinformatie toegankelijk te maken en flexibel produceren mogelijk te maken. In de dagelijkse praktijk vertaal je functionele ontwerpen naar gestructureerde software, test je communicatie tussen systemen en neem je installaties in bedrijf. Je stemt met je projectteam af over doelen, planning en voortgang en ondersteunt bij storingen. Daarbij komen PLC-techniek, visualisatie, databases en softwarekoppelingen samen. Je krijgt ruimte om je vakkennis verder te ontwikkelen, bijvoorbeeld in S88, MES-integratie en de gegevensuitwisseling tussen besturing en productiemanagement. Functie-inhoud - PLC-, SCADA- en HMI-software programmeren volgens functioneel ontwerp en standaarden - Recept- en parametergestuurde batchprocessen structureren volgens S88 - Besturingen koppelen aan de MES-applicatie met MS-SQL, XML en OPC - Industriële communicatie via EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, PROFIBUS en Modbus configureren en testen - Software testen en installaties in bedrijf stellen - Storingen analyseren en opvolgen, ook tijdens consignatiediensten - Projectdoelen, planning en voortgang afstemmen en rapporteren Functie-eisen - Hbo-opleiding in een relevante technische richting - Ervaring met Rockwell Studio 5000 en/of Siemens TIA Portal - Ervaring met Citect SCADA, HMI en gestructureerd programmeren volgens S88 - Kennis van EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, PROFIBUS en Modbus - Kennis en ervaring met C# en/of C++, MS-SQL en interfacing via XML en OPC - Basiskennis van pc’s, Windows en netwerken en bereidheid tot inbedrijfstellingen en consignatiediensten Aan.
