Bij een specialist in industriële automatisering in Elst, Gelderland, werk je aan software voor procesinstallaties en mechatronische systemen. Als PLC & SCADA Programmeur vertaal je klantvragen naar functionele ontwerpen, PLC-applicaties en overzichtelijke bedieninterfaces. Je richt je niet alleen op de besturing, maar ook op data-acquisitie, visualisatie en de koppeling met bovenliggende MES-systemen. Daarbij staat centraal dat operators en andere gebruikers met jouw software hun installatie goed kunnen bedienen en volgen. In de dagelijkse praktijk wissel je het uitwerken van specificaties af met programmeren, testen en afstemmen binnen het softwareteam. Je werkt met technieken zoals Siemens S7, AWL, SCL, Beckhoff en CODESYS en houdt samenhang tussen besturing, procesdata en gebruikersinterface in het oog. Door aan complete industriële systemen te werken, verdiep je je in zowel besturingslogica als systeemintegratie en leer je technische keuzes vanuit het gebruiksproces te onderbouwen. Wat ga je doen? - Klantvragen vertalen naar technische specificaties en functionele ontwerpen met SFC - PLC-applicaties ontwikkelen met Siemens S7, AWL, SCL, Beckhoff of CODESYS - Data-acquisitie en SCADA-visualisaties voor industriële processen realiseren - Gebruiksvriendelijke HMI-schermen en bedieninterfaces ontwerpen - Besturingssoftware integreren met bovenliggende dataverwerking en MES-systemen - Software testen en de samenhang binnen complete industriële turnkeysystemen bewaken Wat vragen we van jou? - Een hbo-opleiding in industriële automatisering, elektrotechniek, mechatronica of een vergelijkbare richting - Kennis van procesindustrie en mechatronische systemen - Programmeervaardigheid met Siemens S7 AWL/SCL, Beckhoff of CODESYS - Inzicht in functioneel ontwerp, SFC en het structureren van besturingssoftware - Kennis van data-acquisitie, visualisatie en koppelingen met MES - Een klantgerichte werkwijze, met aandacht voor bedienbaarheid en praktisch gebruik Wat bieden wij.
