Bij een industriële automatiseerder in Dedemsvaart werk je als PLC/SCADA-programmeur aan service en optimalisatie van besturingssystemen en bijbehorende applicatiesoftware. Je combineert softwarekennis met inzicht in industriële processen om storingen te doorgronden en verbeteringen uit te werken. De rol heeft een sterke servicecomponent: je ondersteunt eindgebruikers in binnen- en buitenland telefonisch, op afstand en op locatie. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar de PLC- of SCADA-applicatie, maar ook naar de samenhang met veldbussen en industriële netwerken. In de dagelijkse praktijk wissel je storingsanalyse af met softwareaanpassingen, verbetervoorstellen en ondersteuning bij inbedrijfstellingen. Je werkt zelfstandig aan technische vraagstukken en stemt met collega's en eindgebruikers af over oorzaken, oplossingen en de gevolgen voor het proces. Je draait mee in de consignatiedienst. De uiteenlopende systemen en procesvraagstukken bieden je ruimte om je expertise in diagnose, besturingssoftware en procesoptimalisatie verder te verdiepen. Wat ga je doen? - Service- en optimalisatiewerkzaamheden uitvoeren aan PLC/SCADA-besturingen en applicatiesoftware - Storingen analyseren in besturingssystemen, veldbussen en industriële netwerken - Eindgebruikers telefonisch, remote en op locatie ondersteunen in binnen- en buitenland - Softwareaanpassingen uitwerken en controleren op de gewenste proceswerking - Technische verbetervoorstellen opstellen op basis van storings- en procesanalyses - Assisteren bij inbedrijfstellingen van besturingssystemen - Meedraaien in de consignatiedienst en reageren op storingsmeldingen Wat vragen we van jou? - Je hebt een afgeronde relevante opleiding op minimaal hbo-niveau - Je hebt ruime ervaring met softwareontwikkeling en inbedrijfstelling van industriële besturingssystemen - Je kent industriële processen en begrijpt hun samenhang met PLC/SCADA-besturingen - Je kunt complexe technische problemen zelfstandig analyseren en werkt ook goed sam.
