Bij een organisatie gericht op de automatisering van productiesystemen in De Lier ontwerp, programmeer en test je PLC-software. Je vertaalt de gewenste werking van machines en productielijnen naar overzichtelijke besturingslogica en houdt de bijbehorende documentatie actueel. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar afzonderlijke functies, maar ook naar de samenhang tussen processtappen, signalen en beveiligingen. Je doel is een besturing die betrouwbaar werkt en goed te onderhouden is. In de dagelijkse praktijk wissel je softwareontwikkeling af met testen, inbedrijfstelling en het oplossen van storingen. Je werkt samen met elektrotechnische en mechanische collega's om software en installatie op elkaar af te stemmen. Met tests en simulaties controleer je wijzigingen voordat ze in gebruik gaan. Door storingsanalyse en het verbeteren van bestaande besturingen verdiep je je kennis van PLC-techniek, systeemintegratie en productieprocessen. Wat ga je doen? - Ontwerpen, programmeren en onderhouden van PLC-software voor productiesystemen - Vastleggen van besturingslogica, softwarewijzigingen en functionele werking - Opzetten en uitvoeren van softwaretests en simulaties - In bedrijf stellen van besturingen op machines en productielijnen - Analyseren en oplossen van software- en besturingsstoringen - Afstemmen met elektrotechnische en mechanische teams over integratie en optimalisatie Wat vragen we van jou? - Technische opleidingsachtergrond in industriële automatisering, elektrotechniek of mechatronica - Ervaring met het ontwerpen, schrijven en testen van PLC-software - Inzicht in besturingslogica, I/O-signalen en de werking van productielijnen - Systematische aanpak bij storingsanalyse en inbedrijfstelling - Zorgvuldige werkwijze bij documentatie en het controleren van softwarewijzigingen - Vermogen om technische vraagstukken met elektrotechnische en mechanische collega's af te stemmen Wat bieden wij jou? - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.600 en € 4.800 (indicatie op basis van fu.
