The posting

Bij een machinebouwer in Emmeloord ontwikkel en verbeter je machinespecifieke PLC-software voor de verwerking en verpakking van agri- en bulkproducten. De organisatie ontwerpt, bouwt en onderhoudt wereldwijd machines en complete fabrieken, van het eerste concept tot assemblage en automatisering. Je vertaalt machinefuncties naar overzichtelijke besturingssoftware en werkt daarbij met Sigmatek en LASAL. Structured Text en objectgeoriënteerd programmeren vormen de technische basis van je werk. In de dagelijkse praktijk houd je je bezig met besturingslogica, het testen van software en het verbeteren van bestaande machinefuncties. Je stemt de werking van de besturing af met collega’s uit de andere technische disciplines, zodat software en machine goed op elkaar aansluiten. Daarbij verdiep je je in herbruikbare softwarestructuren, foutafhandeling en de samenhang tussen afzonderlijke machines binnen een verwerkings- of verpakkingslijn. Functie-inhoud - Ontwikkelen en verbeteren van machinespecifieke PLC-software in Sigmatek LASAL - Programmeren van besturingslogica in Structured Text - Opbouwen van herbruikbare software met objectgeoriënteerde principes - Vertalen van functionele machine-eisen naar softwarefuncties - Testen van machinefuncties en analyseren van softwarestoringen - Afstemmen van besturingsfuncties met andere technische disciplines Functie-eisen - Hbo-opleiding in industriële automatisering, elektrotechniek, mechatronica of een vergelijkbare richting - Kennis van Structured Text voor PLC-programmering - Kennis van objectgeoriënteerd programmeren - Ervaring met Sigmatek LASAL of de bereidheid je hierin te verdiepen - Inzicht in machinebesturingen en de samenhang tussen software, sensoren en actuatoren - Een gestructureerde aanpak bij programmeren, testen en documenteren Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.600 en € 4.800 (indicatie op basis van functie en ervaring) - Een voltijdse functie met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband - Werken aan machines en co.
