Bij een maritieme systeemintegrator in Schiedam ontwikkel je automatiseringssoftware voor marineschepen. De organisatie integreert elektrische en automatiseringssystemen voor marineschepen, onderzeeboten en superjachten en blijft betrokken bij onderhoud en upgrades. Je werkt aan nieuwbouw en refits, met maatwerksoftware voor alarm- en monitoringsystemen, voortstuwing en power management. Daarbij vertaal je systeemspecificaties naar betrouwbare PLC- en SCADA-oplossingen die gedurende de levenscyclus van het schip beheersbaar blijven. In de dagelijkse praktijk ontwerp en programmeer je met Allen Bradley en een intern ontwikkeld software- en SCADA-platform. Je werkt samen met software engineers, systeem engineers en technisch projectmanagers en ondersteunt commissioning- en servicecollega’s. Je betrokkenheid loopt door tot FAT, HAT en SAT. Door softwaretests, nauwkeurige documentatie en kennisuitwisseling met ervaren specialisten verdiep je je in complexe scheepsautomatisering. Wat ga je doen? - Ontwerpen en programmeren van PLC- en SCADA-software voor scheepsautomatisering - Ontwikkelen van besturingen voor alarmmonitoring, voortstuwing en power management - Controleren en onderhouden van software volgens systeemspecificaties - Documenteren van software en verwerken van wijzigingen tijdens en na projecten - Opstellen van testprotocollen en voorbereiden van FAT, HAT en SAT - Testen van software en modificaties in fysieke en virtuele netwerkomgevingen - Ondersteunen van commissioning- en service engineers bij afnames en inbedrijfstelling Wat vragen we van jou? - Afgeronde bachelor in industriële automatisering of een verwante technische richting - Minimaal vijf jaar ervaring met PLC- en SCADA-systemen - Ervaring met Allen Bradley is een pre; ervaring met bijvoorbeeld Siemens is ook welkom - Ervaring in industriële automatisering; maritieme ervaring is een pre - Kennis van hardwarecomponenten, communicatieprotocollen en netwerkarchitecturen - Gestructureerde werkwijze.
