Bij een specialist in industriële automatisering in Elsloo ontwikkel je besturingssoftware voor toepassingen in de machinebouw en maakindustrie. Je werkt binnen het vakgebied motion en robotics, met aandacht voor frequentieregeling, servotechniek en PLC-besturingen. Het zwaartepunt ligt bij software engineering en inbedrijfstelling: je vertaalt de gewenste machinewerking naar software en zorgt dat besturing en aandrijving goed samenwerken. Wil je meer projectverantwoordelijkheid, dan kun je ook betrokken zijn vanaf de offerte tot en met de uitvoering. Je wisselt zelfstandig projectwerk af met technische afstemming binnen een team van software engineers. Vanuit Elsloo ondersteun je klanten door heel Nederland; incidenteel werk je aan een inbedrijfstelling in het buitenland. Je helpt bij technische vragen tijdens verkoop- en inbedrijfstellingstrajecten. Met begeleiding in het productprogramma en mogelijkheden voor training verdiep je je kennis van aandrijvingen, applicaties en besturingstechniek. Wat ga je doen? - Ontwikkelen en testen van PLC-software voor machinebesturingen en motiontoepassingen - In bedrijf stellen van besturingen en aandrijvingen bij klanten - Afstemmen van frequentieregelaars, servotechniek en besturingssoftware op de machinewerking - Technische ondersteuning bieden tijdens verkoop- en inbedrijfstellingstrajecten - Zelfstandig projecten uitvoeren en technische vraagstukken afstemmen met collega-engineers - Desgewenst projecten begeleiden van offertestadium tot uitvoering Wat vragen we van jou? - Afgeronde hbo-opleiding in mechatronica of elektrotechniek - Product- en applicatiekennis van machinebouw, frequentieregeling, servo- en besturingstechniek - Kennis van IEC 61131-3, Siemens Step 7/TIA Portal en motionprogrammering is een pré - Je werkt oplossingsgericht, blijft rustig onder druk en schakelt flexibel - Je kunt zelfstandig projecten uitvoeren en samenwerken met andere engineers - Goede beheersing van het Nederlands; Engels of Duits is ee.
