The posting

Je werkt bij een internationale technische dienstverlener voor de energiesector aan de betrouwbaarheid en beschikbaarheid van besturingssystemen op een offshore productie-installatie voor olie en gas. Als PLC Specialist combineer je diepgaande PLC-kennis met inzicht in procesinstallaties, onderhoud en industriële cybersecurity. Je analyseert storingen, bewaakt systeemgedrag en zorgt dat softwarewijzigingen aansluiten op de functionele analyse. Veilig werken volgens werkvergunningen en vastgestelde procedures vormt daarbij de basis. In de dagelijkse praktijk ondersteun je onderhoudsplanners en specialisten bij de voorbereiding en uitvoering van werkzaamheden. Je volgt parameters en alarmen, legt interventies vast in SAP/R3 en houdt technische documentatie actueel. Je werkt zelfstandig binnen een internationaal team en stemt af met onderhouds- en cybersecuritycollega’s. Daarbij verdiep je je vakkennis op het snijvlak van PLC-diagnostiek, conditiebewaking en beveiliging van industriële netwerken. Functie-inhoud - Diagnosticeer PLC-storingen en herstel de werking van besturingssystemen en aangesloten installaties - Bewaak procesparameters, alarmen en systeemgedrag voor conditiebewaking - Ondersteun planners en onderhoudsspecialisten bij technische werkvoorbereiding en uitvoering - Voer onderhoud uit volgens HSE-regels, werkvergunningen en goedgekeurde procedures - Registreer interventies in SAP/R3 en houd technische rapportages en systeemdocumentatie actueel - Verbeter de beschikbaarheid van besturingssystemen en toets softwarewijzigingen aan de functionele analyse - Pas cybersecurityregels toe en ondersteun de verantwoordelijke voor industriële systeembeveiliging Functie-eisen - Een hogere technische opleiding in besturingstechniek, elektrotechniek of vergelijkbaar, gelijkwaardig aan de genoemde internationale engineeringkwalificaties - Minimaal zes jaar relevante ervaring, waarvan minstens drie jaar als control systems specialist in de petrochemie - Brede, aantoonb.
