Onze klant is een multispecialistische bouwgroep met meer dan duizend medewerkers. Hun groeimodel is gefundeerd op drie pijlers: diversificatie, innovatie en export. Innoveren doen ze niet in één specialisme, maar als totaalbedrijf in meerdere disciplines: water, energie, mobiliteit, restauratie, bouwkunde, speciale technieken en andere gespecialiseerde bouwtechnieken. Onze klant is een veelgevraagde partner voor de meest complexe bouwprojecten en infrastructuurwerken.

Jobomschrijving

  • Teamcoördinatie: je leidt een ploeg van ongeveer 4 personen, motiveert hen en zorgt voor een efficiënte werkverdeling
  • Werkorganisatie: je organiseert de dagelijkse taken zodat deze tijdig en correct worden uitgevoerd
  • Administratie: je registreert de gepresteerde uren van je ploeg via een tablet en voert LMRA-checks (Last Minute Risk Assessment) uit
  • Communicatie: je fungeert als de schakel tussen de werfleider en je team, en deelt belangrijke informatie en instructies met je ploeg
  • Materiaalbeheer: je zorgt ervoor dat het materieel in je camionette steeds in orde is en dat jouw ploeg goed uitgerust is
  • Plannen lezen: je interpreteert technische plannen en voert het werk kritisch en nauwkeurig uit
  • Grondwerken en leidingaanleg: samen met je ploeg voer je diverse grondwerken uit binnen onze leidingprojecten

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Enkele jaren ervaring als ploegbaas, bij voorkeur in grondwerken, woningbouw, tuinaanleg, wegenbouw of bekisting.
  • Een VCA VOL-attest of bent bereid dit snel te behalen.
  • De vaardigheid om technische plannen te lezen en deze vlot om te zetten in de praktijk.
  • Taalvaardigheid: Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je ook uitdrukken in Frans of Engels.
  • Administratieve vaardigheden: Je kan uren registreren via een tablet en bent kritisch en georganiseerd.
  • Een rijbewijs B, zodat je flexibel tussen onze werven in België (en buitenland) kunt pendelen.

  • Een hands-on mentaliteit: je bent niet bang om zelf de handen uit de mouwen te steken en je team aan te moedigen hetzelfde te doen.
  • Ervaring in grondwerken en de motivatie om je team naar mooie resultaten te leiden.
