Opzoek naar werkzekerheid bij een toonaangevende speler in de bouw?

Wij zijn opzoek naar een collega dat ons team van bekisters kan aansturen. Als firma werken wij mee aan de veiligheid en mobiliteit van de weggebruiker door spoorwerken, wegenwerken, bouw van tunnels en bruggen. Verder helpen wij mee aan de realisatie van grote industriële projecten voor de economische welvaart.

Jij zal worden ingezet op unieke projecten waar veiligheid zeer belangrijk is.

Een kijk binnen jullie takenpakket:

  • Bekisten en ontkisten
  • Wapening aanbrengen
  • Storten van beton
  • Beton aanwerken en afwerken
  • Orde en netheid werf
  • Enz.

Jij zal dagelijks de taken verdelen zodat alles zo efficiënt mogelijk kan verlopen. Tijdens de dag stuur je aan waar nodig en volg op zodat alles volgens plan verloopt.

Werven kunnen gelegen zijn over gans Vlaanderen maar steeds maximum 1 uur van jouw woonplaats. Je wordt thuis of aan een oppikpunt opgehaald en rijden rechtstreeks naar de werf. Jullie werkdag start om 7u op de werf en eindigt tussen 15u a 16u. Indien er overuren moeten gepresteerd worden zal dit ook steeds van tevoren worden meegedeeld. Ook nacht of weekend werk komt zelden voor en is geen verplichting.

Buiten het mooie uurloon volgens ervaring in de bouw geven wij een extra in de vorm van maaltijdcheques (€7.5 / dag). Hiernaast kan je jaarlijks een extra CAO-bonus ontvangen.
