Ploegbaas Betonwerken gezocht voor onze vaste site bij Arcelor!

Je stuurt een team aan én werkt zelf mee aan diverse betonprojecten, van funderingen tot constructies.

Met jouw technische kennis, organisatorisch talent en oog voor kwaliteit zorg je voor een vlotte uitvoering.

Jouw taken:

  • Leiding geven én zelf mee de handen uit de mouwen steken!
  • Coördineren en aansturen van je team op de werf.
  • Meewerken aan de uitvoering van uiteenlopende betonwerken: funderingen, vloeren, keerwanden, constructies, …
  • Lezen en interpreteren van plannen en technische tekeningen – geen detail ontsnapt aan jouw oog.
  • Zorgen voor een efficiënte werkverdeling en een vlotte planning.
  • Communiceren met projectleiders en collega’s, duidelijk én met vakkennis.
  • Kwaliteit, veiligheid en correct materiaalgebruik bewaken als een echte pro.

Ervaring:

  • Relevante ervaring in betonwerken is een must.
  • Ervaring als ploegbaas of voorman is een troef, maar ook ambitie om door te groeien wordt gewaardeerd.

Technisch inzicht:

  • Je kan plannen lezen, begrijpen én vertalen naar de praktijk.
  • Je hebt kennis van materialen, bekistingstechnieken en machines binnen de betonsector.

Attesten & Rijbewijs:

  • Rijbewijs B is vereist, BE of CE is een mooie extra.
  • Heftruck- of kraanattest is een pluspunt.
  • VCA attest

Jouw persoonlijkheid:

  • Organisatorisch sterk en een natuurlijke leider.
  • Communicatief en oplossingsgericht.
  • Flexibel, hands-on en niet bang om zelf stevig mee te werken.
