Ben jij een enthousiaste en gedreven teamleader die houdt van afwisseling en uitdaging? Heb je ervaring in de woningbouw en ben je klaar om jouw leiderschap naar een hoger niveau te tillen? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Als ploegbaas bij ons bedrijf voer je ruwbouwwerken uit en stuur je een team van 3 tot 5 arbeiders aan. Je dag zal nooit hetzelfde zijn, met diverse taken die je op de bouwplaats zult uitvoeren. Onze werven bevinden zich voornamelijk in de regio Alken.

Voordat je verder leest, beantwoorden we graag de volgende vragen:

  1. Heb je ervaring in de woning- en villabouw?
  2. Ben je een natuurlijke motivator voor je team?
  3. Ben je in staat om zelfstandig te werken en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen?

Wij zijn op zoek naar een nieuwe ploegbaas die voldoet aan de volgende vereisten:

  • Je hebt de nodige ervaring in de bouwsector.
  • Attesten voor snel-montagekraan en stellingbouw zijn een pré.
  • Bij voorkeur ben je in het bezit van een rijbewijs B+E.
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
  • Collegialiteit en teamgeest zijn voor jou belangrijk.
  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit en details.
  • Je waardeert een familiale sfeer binnen het team.
  • Flexibiliteit en doorzettingsvermogen zijn eigenschappen die jou kenmerken.
  • Je hebt een goede fysieke conditie en gaat zorgzaam om met je materiaal.
  • Je bent bereid om interne opleidingen te volgen.
