Voor onze vestiging in Kinrooi zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven ploegbaas samensteller. Onze klant is een specialist in het monteren van staal- en betonconstructies, met een focus op grotere projecten zoals winkels, kantoorgebouwen en stadions.

Functieomschrijving:

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van een team van ongeveer 10 personen.
  • Je verdeelt de taken in overleg met de tekenaars of verantwoordelijke, zodat de workflow optimaal verloopt.
  • Met jouw ervaring als lasser/samensteller leid je het team effectief en zorg je voor kwaliteit in het werk.
  • Je werkt in dagdienst, wat zorgt voor een goede balans tussen werk en privéleven.
  • Je hebt de mogelijkheid om te groeien in je functie en ontvangt de nodige opleidingen om je vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen.

Profiel

Profiel / Vereisten:

  • Je hebt ervaring in de metaalverwerking, ervaring als ploegbaas is een plus, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je bent in staat om technische tekeningen te lezen en je kunt samenstellen.
  • Je bent een gedreven en communicatieve persoon die een gevarieerd team in goede banen kan leiden.
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende kennis van de Nederlandse taal
