The posting

Binnen een hoogtechnologische automotive productieomgeving in de regio Moeskroen wordt een ploegchef gezocht voor een afdeling verspaning en lasersnijden. De functie draait rond het aansturen van een productieteam, het bewaken van rendement en het continu verbeteren van processen in een modern machinepark.

Een ploeg van ongeveer 20 medewerkers wordt dagelijks aangestuurd richting stabiele prestaties, met aandacht voor veiligheid, efficiëntie en technische optimalisatie.

Wat ga je doen: - Dagelijkse organisatie van de productieplanning en taakverdeling binnen de ploeg verspaning en lasersnijden. - Opvolgen van OEE, KPI’s en productieresultaten met focus op continue verbetering. - Optimaliseren van productieprocessen en implementeren van gestandaardiseerde werkmethodes (o.a. 5S). - Bewaken van veiligheid, orde en netheid op de volledige werkvloer. - Aansturen, coachen en evalueren van een team van ±20 operatoren en technici. - Voeren van feedback-, evaluatie- en ontwikkelgesprekken met medewerkers. - Nauwe samenwerking met onderhouds- en engineeringteams voor maximale machinebeschikbaarheid. - Rapporteren van productieprestaties en verbeteracties aan de technisch directeur.

Technisch diploma (A2 of bachelor) of gelijkwaardige ervaring binnen een productieomgeving. Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in verspaning (draaien en frezen) met programmatie. Ervaring met CNC-programmatie (Mazak, DMG Mori of gelijkaardige systemen). Kennis van OEE, KPI-opvolging en continuous improvement methodieken. Ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen een industriële of automotive context is een sterke troef. Sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden met natuurlijke autoriteit en rust op de werkvloer. Helder en gestructureerd communicatievermogen, ook in stressvolle situaties. Vlotte kennis van Frans en goede kennis van Nederlands voor interne samenwerking. Analytische en resultaatgerichte mindset met focus op procesverbetering. Proactieve houding bij het detecteren en oplossen van productieproblemen.
