Voor onze klant in de voedingssector te Wielsbeke zijn wij op zoek naar een Ploegchef Productie voor onbepaalde duur.

Aantrekkelijk loon volgens ervaring - cafetariaplan - Maaltijdcheques van 8€

Jouw taken zijn:

  • Als ploegchef ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van geautomatiseerde productiemachines, dit omvat het opstarten & afregelen van de verschillende machines, zodat de juiste productkwaliteit en de targets behaald kunnen worden.
  • Binnen jouw ploeg ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor een 7-tal collega's. Je helpt hen bij vragen en coacht hen om beter te worden in hun job.
  • Volgens de productieplanning bepaal je prioriteiten en doe je aanpassingen waar nodig.
  • Als er een productwissel op de planning staat, dan ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het ombouwen van de lijn.
  • Door voortdurend aandacht te hebben voor (mogelijke) storingen, zorg je ervoor dat het proces soepel verloopt en grijp je in waar nodig.
  • Kleine storingen of problemen los je zelf op, bij een grote storing krijg je hulp van een ervaren technieker.
  • Als ploegchef denk je na over verbeteringsvoorstellen met betrekking tot kwaliteits-, rendements- & storingsgegevens.
  • Je hebt een perfecte beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
  • Je hebt een basiskennis Frans en durft het te spreken
  • Een eerste ervaring als leidinggevende is een pluspunt
  • Je hebt een zeer goede technische kennis / procesinzicht
  • Je bent resultaatgericht, maar stelt veiligheid steeds op nummer één
