Breng jouw vakkennis en menskennis samen. Ben je technisch onderlegd en klaar om een klein team aan te sturen? Wil je niet verdwalen in grote structuren, maar werken op mensenmaat? In deze job combineer je handenwerk met overzicht en verantwoordelijkheid. Jij zorgt dat het werk goed verloopt en je werkt zelf mee, stap voor stap.

Wat ga je doen? Als meewerkend ploegchef zorg jij dat de werken op de werf vlot en kwalitatief verlopen. Je steekt zelf de handen uit de mouwen en houdt tegelijk het overzicht. Je staat in voor:

  • Aansturen en begeleiden van je team op locatie.
  • Plannen interpreteren en vertalen naar duidelijke werkopdrachten.
  • Monteren en samenstellen van pijpleidingen in kunststof of RVS.
  • Waken over kwaliteit, veiligheid en planning, je overlegt met collega's en speelt in op de vraag van de klant.
  • Kleine herstellingen of interventies uitvoeren indien nodig.

Je werkt op verschillende werven in West- en Oost-Vlaanderen, telkens met collega's die je kent vertrouwt. Je ben niet de baas van bovenaf, maar iemand waar het team op kan rekenen.

Waar ga je werken? Omdat je het beste van twee werelden krijgt: technisch werk dat voldoening geeft én een team dat je zelf mee vormgeeft. Geen bandwerk, maar vakwerk. Geen stresscultuur, maar wel haalbare doelen.

  • Ervaring met lassen of piping is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je kan zelfstandig plannen lezen en inschatten wat nodig is.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en houdt van een duidelijke werkaanpak.
  • TIG-lassen of werken op hoogte schrikt je niet af.
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B en bezit Kennis Nederlands en een basiskennis Engels.
