In Rotterdam wacht een uitdagende rol op jou in een moderne technische productieomgeving, waar jij de verantwoordelijkheid hebt over een team van 10 tot 15 medewerkers en ervoor zorgt dat het productieproces efficiënt verloopt. - Aansturen en begeleiden van jouw ploeg medewerkers bij de dagelijkse werkzaamheden - Doorgronden en optimaliseren van productieprocessen - Afstellen en uitvoeren van licht onderhoud aan machines - Zorg dragen voor het goed functioneren van het machinepark Je werkt in ploegendienst, wat een dynamische en afwisselende werkweek garandeert!
