The posting

  • Als ploegleider organiseer je een team van circa 18 medewerkers op basis van de productieplanning en de overdracht van de vorige ploeg.
  • Je gaat prioriteiten bepalen, werkposten verdelen en je team actief coachen en bijsturen.
  • Je volgt nauwgezet de evoluties binnen productie op bij je lijnverantwoordelijken en waakt over de veiligheidsregels binnen productie.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aanleveren van stalen aan de kwaliteitsdienst en vervult hierbij de nodige administratie.
  • Je lost technische storingen op waar mogelijk of gaat in overleg met de technische dienst.
  • Je ondersteunt bij het opleiden van nieuwe medewerkers en gaat ook functioneringsgesprekken voeren met je teamleden.
  • Je werkt mee aan verbeterings- en optimalisatieprojecten en je durft hierbij ook je adviezen te formuleren.
  • Als ploegleider ben je in het bezit van een secundair of bachelor diploma en kan je een eerste werkervaring voorleggen als leidinggevende binnen productie.
  • Je werkt graag organisatorisch en weet een team taakgericht aan te sturen en te motiveren.
  • Je bent een dynamisch persoon die weet wat 'lead by example' wil zeggen en om kan met verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en een woordje Engels.
  • Je hebt een technische interesse in productieprocessen en machines.
  • Je draagt veilig en proper werken hoog in het vaandel.
