Met vijf moderne productievestigingen en een team van ongeveer 500 medewerkers zorgen ze elke dag opnieuw voor topkwaliteit, hygiëne en voedselveiligheid. Ze beantwoorden de honger naar verse, lekkere en makkelijk te bereiden maaltijden die perfect passen in het drukke leven van vandaag.

Als ploegleider van de productie ben jij de spil op de werkvloer die ervoor zorgt dat het verpakken van de maaltijden vlot en vlekkeloos verloopt. Samen met de productiemanager en andere verantwoordelijken til jij de productieplanning naar een hoger niveau.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als ploegleider geef je leiding aan een team van lijnverantwoordelijken, operatoren en andere collega's
  • Daarvoor ben je actief aanwezig op de werkvloer, zodat je het productieproces kan monitoren en bijsturen
  • Voorbereiden, opvolgen en bijsturen van de productie- en personeelsplanning is deel van jouw verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je waarborgt de productkwaliteit en -veiligheid door regelmatige controles en risicobeoordelingen
  • Evaluatiegesprekken voer je uit in samenwerking met de productiemanager en HR
  • Een relevant diploma in een technische of voedinggerelateerde richting
  • Minimaal enkele jaren ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen een productieomgeving
  • Kennis van productieplanning en affiniteit met technische processen
  • De bereidheid om te werken in een 2-ploegensysteem
