The posting

Als ploegverantwoordelijke ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en aansturen van een team binnen de productieafdeling. Je zorgt voor een efficiënte en gestructureerde werkomgeving waarbij de voedselveiligheid en kwaliteitsnormen te allen tijde worden nageleefd. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van productieplanningen, het bewaken van de productiekwaliteit en het optimaliseren van het productieproces.

  • Je hebt kennis van de werking in de productie- en inpakafdeling en je springt bij waar nodig.
  • Je stuurt de productie aan in jouw shift: overkoepelend over de keuken, de inpak en de robot.
  • Samen met je 3 collega's ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coachen, aansturen en motiveren van de operatoren en inpakkers.
  • Je staat mee in voor het opleiden van nieuwe operatoren.
  • Je volgt de productieplanning en de hygiëne- en kwaliteitsregels op.
  • Je zorgt voor een vlot draaiende productie.

Wij zoeken kandidaten die voldoen aan de volgende vereisten:

  • Je bent positief ingesteld, kan proactief denken en prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en kan zelfstandig werken.
  • Je bent bereid om eerst de taken van de operatoren aan te leren vooraleer je over de afdelingen heen zal werken.
  • Je bent flexibel om te helpen waar nodig
  • Je hebt ervaring in een productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring in het aansturen van een team in de voedingssector is een pluspunt.
  • Je kan in 2 ploegen werken. Bij afwezigheid van jouw collega ben je bereid tijdelijk in de nachtploeg te werken.
