Je combineert technisch inzicht met leiderschap en bouwt mee aan een sterke, goed georganiseerde productieafdeling.

Wat ga je doen? Als afdelingsverantwoordelijke productie ben je een sleutelfiguur binnen het productieproces van geprefabriceerde betonnen elementen.

  • Je stelt een efficiënte productieplanning op, afgestemd op personeel en machines
  • Je analyseert knelpunten en zet gerichte acties op om processen te verbeteren
  • Je neemt initiatief om efficiëntie, kwaliteit en samenwerking te versterken
  • Je bewaakt hoge kwaliteitsnormen en werkt nauw samen met de kwaliteitsdienst
  • Je zorgt voor een nette, veilige en georganiseerde werkomgeving
  • Je stuurt een team van ongeveer 25 medewerkers aan en coacht hen in hun dagelijkse werking
  • Waar nodig werk je mee op de afdeling en blijf je betrokken bij de werkvloer

  • Je kan mensen organiseren, motiveren en bijsturen waar nodig
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en constructief
