Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij zorgt voor een vlot verloop van het volledige productieproces van A tot Z tijdens de nachtploeg
  • Correct instellen van machines, uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en stuurt het proces bij waar nodig
  • Je geeft leiding aan een klein team van 3 à 4 collega’s die instaan voor het mengen, versnijden en verpakken
  • Teamleden aanmoedigen, motiveren en bijsturen is een belangrijk onderdeel van je rol
  • Je neemt actief deel aan het werk en steekt zelf de handen uit de mouwen
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een eerste leidinggevende ervaring in een productieomgeving
  • Je beschikt over een logisch redeneervermogen en goede computervaardigheden
  • Kwaliteit en veiligheid zijn voor jou een evidentie op de werkvloer
