The posting

Wij zijn op zoek naar een proactieve en gestructureerde PMO Manager om een effectief projectportfoliomanagement in onze organisatie op te zetten en aan te sturen. Als centrale functie zorg je voor zicht op alle strategische initiatieven, waarborg je een consistente projectmanagementaanpak en ondersteun je het management bij het nemen van onderbouwde prioriteringsbeslissingen.

Je fungeert als de ruggengraat van de projectuitvoering en helpt teams om initiatieven efficiënt te realiseren, terwijl je transparantie, afstemming en accountability doorheen de organisatie bevordert.

1. Portfolio overzicht & rapportering

  • Een geconsolideerd overzicht van alle lopende projecten en initiatieven ontwikkelen en onderhouden.
  • Een centraal projectportfolio-dashboard opbouwen en beheren.
  • Projectvoortgang, belangrijke mijlpalen, risico's, afhankelijkheden en resource-allocatie opvolgen.
  • Regelmatige portfoliorapporten en executive summaries voor het management opstellen.
  • Ervoor zorgen dat projectgegevens accuraat, actueel en consistent gerapporteerd worden.

2. Handhaving van projectmanagementgovernance

  • Een geharmoniseerde projectmanagementmethodologie doorheen de organisatie handhaven.
  • Erop toezien dat medewerkers projectstandaarden, -templates, -tools en governanceprocessen naleven.
  • Ervoor zorgen dat projecten de afgesproken praktijken volgen inzake planning, rapportering, risicobeheer en besluitvorming.
  • Projectmanagers en initiatiefeigenaars ondersteunen bij de toepassing van de methodologie.
  • De continue verbetering van projectmanagementpraktijken, -tools en -templates aansturen.

3. Kwartaalprioritering & strategische planning

  • Het kwartaalproces voor projectprioritering coördineren.
  • Portfolioreview- en prioriteringsworkshops met het management faciliteren.
  • Beslissingsmateriaal, business cases en impactanalyses voorbereiden.
  • Resourceplanning en capaciteitsbeheer over de verschillende initiatieven ondersteunen.
  • Mee zorgen voor afstemming tussen projectinvesteringen en de strategische doelstellingen van de onderneming.

4. Stakeholdermanagement & facilitatie

  • Optreden als vertrouwde partner voor het senior management en de projecteigenaars.
  • Governancevergaderingen en portfolioreviews faciliteren.
  • Zorgen voor duidelijke communicatie en opvolging van belangrijke beslissingen en acties.
  • Samenwerking tussen afdelingen en functies bevorderen.

Ervaring

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ongeveer 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in PMO, projectmanagement, portfoliomanagement, consulting of een verwante discipline.
  • Kennis van de projectmethodologie PRINCE2 is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring met het handhaven van projectgovernance- en rapporteringsframeworks.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in het gelijktijdig coördineren van meerdere projecten.
  • Ervaring met het faciliteren van besluitvorming met senior stakeholders.

Vaardigheden

  • Sterke organisatorische en planningsvaardigheden.
  • Uitstekend analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen.
  • In staat om complexe informatie te vertalen naar heldere executive rapportering.
  • Sterke facilitatie- en stakeholdermanagementvaardigheden.
  • Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
  • Je bent tweetalig Nederlands/Frans — bij ons een must.
  • In staat om te overtuigen zonder hiërarchische autoriteit.
  • Sterk oog voor detail, met behoud van een strategisch perspectief.

Ervaring met Microsoft Office Suite (in het bijzonder Excel en PowerPoint).
