Luba Poedercoater - € 2650 - 2920 - Beverwijk - 38 uur - Detacheren - Vmbo Ben jij op zoek naar een leuke baan binnen een fijne en gezellige organisatie? Werk je graag met je handen en ben je een echte aanpakker? Over het werk Je werkdag is afwisselend en geen dag is hetzelfde. Klanten brengen hun goederen zelf naar de locatie of jij haalt deze bij de klant op. Je begint met het ontvetten en voorbewerken van de metalen producten. Soms zitten er nog lasresten of andere oneffenheden op het materiaal. Deze verwijder je door de producten te zandstralen, zodat het oppervlak mooi glad en klaar is voor de coating. Wanneer de producten goed zijn voorbewerkt, hang je ze op aan de coatinglijn en breng je de poedercoating aan. Vervolgens gaan de producten de oven in, waar de coating wordt uitgehard. Na het uitharden controleer je het eindresultaat zorgvuldig op kwaliteit. Tot slot pak je de producten netjes in en maak je ze verzendklaar. Je werkt op beide locaties van het bedrijf: in Beverwijk en Haarlem. Hierdoor is je werkplek afwisselend en krijg je te maken met verschillende werkzaamheden en producten.
