POH-GGZ Hoofddorp SUPPOHRT 10 augustus 2026 Voor een huisartsenpraktijk in Hoofddorp zijn wij op zoek naar een POH GGZ voor 13,5 uur per week. Ben jij die loyale, betrokken aanpakker met een hart voor de GGZ Zorg die wij zoeken? Dan willen wij samen met jou Nederland een stukje veerkrachtiger maken! Wie ben jij? Om de functie naar behoren uit te oefenen zoeken dien je één van onderstaande opleidingen te hebben afgerond. Tevens beschik je over minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring in (bij voorkeur) de huisartsenpraktijk, 1ste- of 2e lijns GGZ en/of psychosociale hulpverlening. Ervaring met kortdurende oplossingsgerichte therapie een pré. Je beschikt over goede contactuele eigenschappen en een creatief denkvermogen. Je kunt hoofd- en bijzaken makkelijk van elkaar scheiden en bent gedreven en loyaal. Qua opleidingsachtergrond beschik je over: - SPV - Universitaire masteropleiding psychologie met differentiatie klinische psychologie of differentiatie klinische kinder- en jeugd psychologie of differentiatie medische psychologie - Gezondheidskunde met richting GGZ - Verpleegkundig Specialist GGZ - Post Master Opleiding Systeemtherapie - POH GGZ Opleiding bij een Nederlandse Hogeschool Kandidaten met een POH GGZ diploma hebben een pré. Wat ga je doen? Als POH-GGZ begeleid je in gezamenlijke verantwoordelijkheid met de huisarts, zelfstandig patiënten met diverse psychische en/of psychosociale problemen waarbij het vooral gaat om vraagverheldering en (kortdurende) begeleiding. Kennis en ervaring op het gebied van uiteenlopende psychische klachten en psychiatrische aandoeningen is daarom ook een must.
