Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Lienz suchen wir 1 Polier Tiefbau (m/w/d) Job Nr. 304414

DEINE AUFGABEN:

* Vorbereitung und Abwicklung von Baustellen (fachlich einwandfrei, kostenbewusst, termingerecht, eigenverantwortlich) in Absprache mit dem Bau- bzw. Projektleiter_in

* Kontrolle der fach- und auftragsgerechten Bauausführung

* Umsetzung aller relevanten Umweltschutzbestimmungen

* Disposition von Personal, Maschinen und Material in Absprache mit dem Bau- bzw. Projektleiter_in

* Erfassung von Arbeitsleitungen, Maschineneinsatz und Aufmaßen

* Führung und Motivation sämtlicher Mitarbeiter_innen

DEIN ANFORDERUNGSPROFIL:

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung von Vorteil

* Flexibilität, Pünktlichkeit und Teamfähigkeit

* Selbstständiges Arbeiten und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Körperliche Belastbarkeit
